Although calling a clearance professional is sometimes a last resort, it has advantages.

Whether it is a move or an inheritance, the clearance company or scrap buyers in Dubai, in principle, contractually undertakes to clean up the space. This service is impossible to obtain by opting for the solutions cited in the paragraphs above.

Suppose the financial outcome may appear less favorable for the applicant who opts for this solution. In that case, we are also freed from the constraints inherent in evacuating unusable or unsaleable furniture (and there are, unfortunately, many of them now!), sorting what must be put in the recycling center (glass, plastic, scrap metal, etc.).

Your ad for the bunk bed—posted online at a beautiful price—and which received a good number of calls could end up in bulky bins because, of course, it does not fit in the stairwell as is and, therefore, requires being completely dismantled (there remains the additional problem of the vehicle likely to receive one or two box springs in 190 x 90 cm, etc.).
