Partner Hub is your one-stop shop for everything you need to know as a Starbucks partner, from benefits to schedules. So, a login snafu can definitely throw a wrench in your day.

Partner Hub isn’t technically called Partner Central anymore. It’s gone through a bit of a makeover, and it’s now known as the Starbucks Partner Hub. But fear not, the good stuff is all still there – just under a new name!

Now, let’s dive into the reasons why you might be facing login woes and how to troubleshoot them like a champ.

Why Partner Hub? You’re All-in-One Starbucks Resource

Choosing Starbucks as your employer isn’t just about brewing up delicious coffee. It’s about being part of a community and Partner Hub is your key to unlocking all the amazing perks and resources that come with it.

There are two main types of information you’ll find on Partner Hub:

It’s all there, from health insurance to discounts. You can even access training materials and learn new skills to help you grow in your coffee career.

Conquering Login Land: Steps to Access Partner Hub

So, you’re ready to dive into Partner Hub, but that pesky login screen keeps blocking your path.  Here are some steps to troubleshoot:

Double-Check Your Credentials: This might seem obvious, but sometimes the simplest things trip us up.  Make sure you’re entering your partner number correctly, without any leading zeros or “US” in front. Don’t forget to double-check your password for any typos – caps lock can be a sneaky culprit!

Is it Workjam or Partner Hub? Partner Hub has a new home, and it might not be where you used to find it. These days, you’ll need to access Partner Hub through Workjam, which is another Starbucks app used for scheduling and communication.

Clear Your Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, your browser can get clogged up with old data, causing login issues.  Clearing your cache and cookies might do the trick.  Each browser has its own way to do this, so a quick Google search can guide you through the process.

Still Stuck? Reach Out for Help!  If you’ve tried all of the above and you’re still locked out, don’t despair. Your local store manager or the Partner Contact Center can help you troubleshoot further. The Partner Contact Center can be reached by phone at (888) SBUX-411 (7289-411).
